Terms of Service

Welcome to Single 2 Mingle. By using our app or website you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must not be barred from receiving services under the laws of your country.
• You must not be a registered sex offender.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.
• One account per person. Impersonation, fake profiles, or commercial accounts are not allowed.
• Information you provide (name, age, photos, bio) must be accurate and represent you. Catfishing is grounds for permanent ban.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people, group photos that hide your face, photos containing nudity, sexual content, illegal activity, weapons, drugs, hate symbols, or anything sexually explicit.
• Send harassing, threatening, defamatory, or hateful messages.
• Solicit money, advertise services, scam, phish, or send spam.
• Share contact info before matching as a way to bypass our safety controls.
• Use the Service for prostitution, escort services, or any commercial sexual activity.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or use bots/automation against the Service.
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

4. Photo & content moderation

We actively monitor all uploaded photos and messages. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Severe violations (CSAM, threats of violence, doxxing) will be reported to law enforcement.

5. Reporting & blocking

• If you encounter abuse or inappropriate behavior, use the Report feature in the chat or profile screen. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
• Use Block & Remove to immediately end a conversation and prevent future contact.

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the Service. You are responsible for having the right to share any content you upload.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or any conduct we deem harmful to other users. You may delete your account at any time from My Profile → Delete Account.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not run criminal background checks. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Always meet in public, tell a friend where you're going, and trust your instincts.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Single 2 Mingle and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
