Delete your account
Single 2 Mingle — your data, your control.
You can delete your Single 2 Mingle account at any time. We give you two options below — pick whichever is easier.
Fastest Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
If you're still able to sign in, this is the quickest way:
- Open the Single 2 Mingle app and sign in.
- Tap the Profile tab in the bottom bar.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account, photos, matches, messages, and likes are permanently deleted.
Email Option 2 — Email us
If you can't access the app (lost phone, signed out, etc.) email us using the registered email address of your account:
Subject: Delete my Single 2 Mingle account
Body: Please delete my account. My account email is: <your-email>
We'll respond within 72 hours and process the deletion within 7 days of receiving the request.
Important: The email must come from the same address the account is registered to. This is how we verify it's really you. If you don't have access to that email, mention it in your message and we'll work with you to verify your identity another way.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted (either path), we permanently remove:
- Your profile (name, age, gender, bio, location, contact info)
- All photos you uploaded
- All matches you have
- All chat messages you sent or received
- All likes you sent or received
- Profile visit records
- Any reports you filed
- Push notification tokens
What we keep (and why)
- Reports filed against you — kept for up to 12 months for safety review and to prevent re-registration after a ban.
- Anonymized server logs — kept up to 90 days for security and debugging. These contain no personal information.
Re-registering
You can sign up again any time with the same email or a different one. Note that a deleted account cannot be restored — you'll start fresh.
